Missing material ITT content

The supplied content refers to the specification at Section 10 and weighted evaluation criteria at Section 11, but these details are not included. Service standards, schedules, award criteria, contract terms and any detailed credentials remain unknown.
View supporting evidence
“THE ITT IS AN ATTACHMENT ON THIS NOTICE”; “specification at Section 10”; “weighted criteria set out in Section 11.”
Delivery-location metadata inconsistency
94% confidence
The named facilities suggest a specific local service requirement, while delivery metadata lists nine broad UK regions. The supplied evidence does not resolve this discrepancy.
View supporting evidence
Named sites are Browns Wood, Walnut Tree and Wavendon Gate Sports Grounds; delivery regions listed are UKC, UKD, UKE, UKF, UKG, UKH, UKI, UKJ and UKK.
Service/works terminology ambiguity
96% confidence
The notice classifies the procurement as services and CPV as security services, but the pricing instruction refers to “works”. This does not establish a works contract.
View supporting evidence
main_category: “services”; CPV: “79710000 Security services”; “Pricing Schedule (What you will charge for the works)”.
Bid-compliance risk
99% confidence
Failure to follow ITT instructions or provide required documents may invalidate or lead to rejection of the bid.
View supporting evidence
“Failure to comply with the instructions or to return any of the required documents or information may invalidate your bid”; subcontractor disclosure failure “may lead to your bid being rejected.”
