ANALYSIS METHODOLOGY

How ProcuraAxis analyses procurement opportunities.

Our analysis is built from published procurement evidence, structured for practical supplier research and checked before it is made public.

OUR APPROACH

Useful intelligence must remain traceable to its source.

ProcuraAxis helps suppliers understand lengthy opportunity and award records more quickly. We preserve the official notice as the primary source, separate published facts from interpretation, and show freshness, references and confidence so customers can verify important decisions for themselves.

Evidence-bound

Findings are derived from published notice fields and documents available in the procurement record.

Clearly qualified

Unknown, missing or ambiguous information is identified rather than presented as confirmed fact.

Human accountable

Only approved analysis is published; automated output is not treated as an authoritative replacement for the source notice.

FROM NOTICE TO INTELLIGENCE

Four stages behind a published analysis

1

Acquire the published record

We import the available notice, identifiers, dates, buyer, classifications, values, amendments and linked procurement information from the named source.

2

Structure the evidence

Relevant requirements, eligibility conditions, delivery considerations, commercial information, procedure, classifications, risks and award evidence are organised into consistent fields.

3

Check and approve

The result is checked for consistency with the source record. Statements are qualified when evidence is incomplete, and only approved analysis is presented publicly.

4

Maintain freshness and history

Opportunity pages show when information was last checked and retain the available notice and amendment history as updated records are imported.

CONFIDENCE

What the confidence score means

Confidence reflects the completeness and consistency of the source material available to the analysis. It is not a prediction of contract award, a personalised eligibility score or a guarantee that every requirement appears in the published record.

  • Higher confidence means the supporting record is comparatively complete and internally consistent.
  • Lower confidence highlights missing, ambiguous or conflicting source information that needs closer review.
  • Suppliers should always verify deadlines, eligibility and commercial terms with the issuing authority.

LIMITATIONS AND CORRECTIONS

What the analysis does not replace

ProcuraAxis analysis is research support, not legal, procurement or financial advice. The official notice, tender documents and buyer communications remain authoritative.

  • We do not infer that an award notice proves a contract was signed unless the published data supports that conclusion.
  • We do not guarantee supplier eligibility or success.
  • If a source changes, the page may briefly show the previously checked version until the next successful import.

To report a correction, email support@procuraaxis.com with the opportunity reference and supporting evidence.
