The Authority is undertaking this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise to gain a better understanding of supplier capability, capacity, market innovation, delivery models and potential procurement approaches. The requirement is expected to include the provision of suitably qualified instructors to deliver a range of resuscitation training programmes, including Basic Life Support (BLS), Hospital Life Support (HLS), Paediatric Hospital Life Support (PHLS) and Newborn Life Support (NLS) Update training. Interested organisations are invited to review and complete the Supplier Market Engagement Questionnaire. The information gathered will help the Authority refine its requirements, procurement strategy and service specification. This notice is issued for market engagement purposes only and does not constitute a call for competition, Invitation to Tender (ITT), or any commitment by the Authority to commence a procurement process or award a contract. Participation in this PME exercise is voluntary and suppliers will not be advantaged or disadvantaged in any future procurement process as a result of their participation or non-participation. Interested suppliers wishing to participate in this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise should register on the Authority's eTendering portal and express an interest in this opportunity. The PME Questionnaire and supporting documentation can be accessed via the Atamis Health Family eCommercial System at: https://atamis-1928.my.site.com/s/Welcome Suppliers should complete and upload their response via the Atamis portal by the stated deadline.
