Why this procedure was chosen
New contract was due, following an under estimation on the current contract value. Pre-market engagement was done to explore options available for the full package of a service to manage and deliver the writing of a medical report for case evidence. SFR came out able to deliver this service, therefore direct award off the G-Cloud 14 framework
