Saxon Weald intends to create a framework of service providers to undertaken property safety and asset management consultancy services. It is envisaged that the framework will cover the following categories – - Lift Consultancy - Quality Assurance (gas and electrical audit) - Fire Risk Assessment of External Wall Survey - Damp and Mould Surveyors - Energy and Sustainability Consultant - Structural Engineers - Multi Discipline - Mechanical and Electrical - Building Surveyors - Quantity Surveyors - Principal Designer under CDM - Principal Designer Building Regulations To assist with the development of the procurement strategy and lotting structure, Saxon Weald are issuing a pre-market engagement notice to seek expressions of interest in the opportunity and request additional information.
