Thank you for your patience whilst we prepare responses to the clarification questions submitted as part of the Athlete Medical Scheme (AMS) procurement process.
Following consideration of the volume and complexity of the questions received, UK Sport has decided to extend the period for issuing clarification responses. This will ensure that all questions are considered fully and that complete and consistent information is provided to all potential suppliers, in line with the principles of transparency, fairness and equal treatment set out within the Procurement Act.
We are currently finalising the clarification response pack and expect to issue responses to all submitted questions no later than 23 October 2026.
As a result, the procurement timetable will be reviewed and revised, where appropriate, to allow bidders sufficient time to consider the information provided. Updated procurement dates and any associated amendments to the process will be communicated alongside the clarification responses via Find a Tender.
