Options
Description
Bidders are required to bid for both Sites 1 & 2 (as detailed in the tender documents) and will be evaluated on their bid in connection with these sites only.
A third site (Site 3) may be added to the project at a later date, if the necessary rights and permissions owned by third-parties in connection with Site 3 can be secured. The feasibility of development at Site 3 is still to be confirmed. Exercise of the option for site 3 is conditional on this feasibility, so is not guaranteed at this stage.
While bidders are not required to bid for Site 3, the Developer will be given the option (but not the obligation) to pursue this opportunity further. The terms of this option and the resulting legal contracts will be based on the Developer's proposals for Sites 1 & 2 and the Legal Documents amended to the extent necessary to reflect the different rights and interests in and associated with Site 3.
