Rationale
Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: A change of Contractor at this stage would result in significant inconvenience and disruption to service delivery. Given that the service is a partnership of local providers, who have built and developed the support in line with each community in North Lanarkshire, and they are currently at a capacity which allows them to work with families within 48 hours of referral, the Service is confident that there would be no other service positioned immediately to fulfil this.
