The core maintenance services included shall comprise the following activities, as and when applicable at the locations: - Planned Legionella risk assessment remedials. - Reactive Legionella prevention remedials. - Whole site disinfections. - Provision of suitably trained and competent persons to undertake site disinfections. - Responding to water authority contraventions within the timescales specified. - Coordination and booking of works with site representatives to ensure access, minimise disruption and support timely delivery. - Provision, upload and submission of appropriate certification, records and evidential information to demonstrate completion and compliance of works using HCCs systems.
