Bidders must complete the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document. Derby City Council shall consider quotations submitted and shall make a decision as to whether or not to proceed with any given quotation by 29th October 2026. Derby City Council shall communicate whether or not we intend to proceed with the quotation following this date.
