The supplier will be required to: - Receive garden waste delivered by Glasgow City Council to the supplier's facility or collect garden waste from Council transfer stations. - Process and treat the garden waste through windrow composting. = Produce a compost output that complies with the requirements of BSI PAS 100. Anticipated annual throughput is in the region of 2,500 tonnes of garden waste.
