Opportunity overview
The supplier will provide specialist expertise on all insurance related matters, including, but not limited to: • Greater assistance with complex claims (e.g. Subsidence claims) • To ensure we receive maximum benefit from the new programme (Cover enhancements, insurer training etc) • Help with process reviews • Assistance with new leasehold legislation (from an insurance perspective) • Greater reporting requirements into ELT, Board, ARC • Claims trend analysis • Holistic risk management work • Renewal assistance • Flood / Storm mapping for insurance purposes • Help creating strategies for evolving risks (EV's, solar panels) etc • Assistance with renewal alternatives if/where required • Support to the property team, with their strive to increase the level of detail they provide to insurers
