Features
This procurement will use a Competitive Flexible Procedure comprising a two-stage process with an optional third stage. Stage 1 will assess supplier capability and suitability through a PSQ and evaluated questions. Shortlisted suppliers will be invited to Stage 2 to submit detailed technical and commercial tenders. An optional Stage 3 presentation stage may be undertaken where closely ranked bids require further assessment. Award will be made to the supplier submitting the Most Advantageous Tender.
