Opportunity overview

Provision of a Strategic Delivery Partner for the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office’s (FCDO) Corporate Enquiries & Process Improvement (CEPI) programme. The contract will support the design, development, implementation, support and continuous improvement of enterprise-level digital services that transform corporate enquiry handling, case management and process automation across FCDO corporate functions. Services include the delivery of a Corporate Enquiries and Casework Management solution, automation of priority finance and corporate processes, integration with the FCDO Microsoft technology estate including Power Platform and Azure, benefits realisation, support and maintenance of delivered solutions, and delivery through outcome-based Statements of Work. The contract also includes strategic delivery partnership, governance support, architectural assurance, knowledge transfer and continuous optimisation to support scalable and reusable enterprise solutions across the FCDO.

Description
The Contract will have an initial term of two (2) years. The Authority may, at its sole discretion, extend the Contract for up to one (1) additional year, resulting in a maximum Contract term of three (3) years. The extension may be exercised where there remains an ongoing business requirement for the Corporate Enquiries & Process Improvement (CEPI) programme, including continued delivery of enterprise-level digital services, support and maintenance of live services, completion of in-flight Statements of Work, delivery of additional approved Statements of Work, implementation of further automation and AI-enabled capabilities, ongoing benefits realisation activities, and knowledge transfer and transition requirements.

Options

Description
During the Contract term, the Authority may commission additional services within the scope of the Contract through agreed Statements of Work. This may include the provision of additional delivery teams, supplementary specialist resources, support and maintenance services, enterprise solution enhancements, expansion of services to additional corporate functions, additional automation and AI-enabled capabilities, and other digital transformation activities related to the Corporate Enquiries & Process Improvement (CEPI) programme. Additional services may be procured on a fixed-price or capped time and materials basis in accordance with the Contract terms and the agreed Commercial Response Workbook and rate card.
