Coventry City Council intends to award this contract directly to Yunex Ltd pursuant to Section 41 of the Procurement Act 2023 and Schedule 5, Paragraph 6 (absence of competition for technical reasons). The Council has an existing network of Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras that form part of its current traffic management infrastructure.
