The requirement relates to network cabling services within 2 Marsham Street, a Home Office managed building. The Home Office has appointed the supplier responsible for providing these services within the building and Defra is required to utilise the established arrangement to ensure compatibility with the existing infrastructure, operational continuity and effective building management. For technical and operational reasons, an alternative supplier is not considered suitable for this requirement.
