Award criteria

Description
The balance in the tender between Quality and Price is 60Q:40P. 60% of the weighting will be attributed to the Technical. Tender for the project. The lowest quoted price will receive the maximum score available for this section (30%). 10% of the commercial weighting will be attributed to the sum of the three hypothetical compensation events (CEs) set out within the CE scenario tabs 1, 2 and 3 within the pricing schedule. The compensation event scenarios are populated automatically by the costs entered by the tenderer on their percentage fee uplift and schedule of rates. The lowest scenario summary price will receive the maximum score available for this section (10%). Any criteria for a tender receiving a zero score may be disqualified from the tender process.
