Description
At the end of the Initial Term, the parties may agree to extend the Agreement for a further twelve (12) month period, to be reviewed following the initial twenty four (24) month period, as they agree on in writing and the Agreement shall continue for the Continued Period save for early termination pursuant to the Applicable Conditions. Renewal will be agreed 6 months prior to the end of the initial term.
