Coventry City Council intends to procure a Framework for Supported Living Services and Day Opportunities for adults aged 18 years and over with a learning disability, autism and/or a mental health condition. The Framework will be available for use by both Coventry City Council (Adults Social Care) and NHS Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board and will support the commissioning of high-quality, person-centred services that promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes. The Framework is expected to commence September 2027 and be tendered early 2027.

We would like to engage with any existing or interested Mental Health or Learning Disabled supported living or day opportunities providers. The engagement will be to help shape the framework mechanics and service specification ahead of recommissioning in 2027. A market engagement event will be held: Date - Wednesday 30th September 2026 Time - 2pm-4pm Location - One Friargate, Station Square, Coventry, CV1 2GN To be involved, providers should contact -socialcarecommissioning@coventry.gov.uk with the following details: Organisation name: Name and role of attendees: Contact email addresse(s): Contact Telephone number(s): Due to room capacity, we request a maximum of 2 attendees from each provider. The Council is also expecting to issue a survey via the Councils e-tendering system.
