The Authority is undertaking preliminary market engagement to better understand the current market, supplier capability and capacity, and potential approaches to delivering the proposed requirements for ground football leagues. Interested suppliers are invited to participate by completing the Market Engagement Questionnaire. The engagement is intended to help the Authority understand available solutions, identify potential opportunities and challenges, and inform the development of the procurement strategy and specification. Suppliers should submit their completed questionnaire by 22nd October 2026 via the messaging facility on ProContract. Information received through this engagement process may be used to inform the development of any subsequent procurement exercise. https://procontract.due-north.com Participation in this preliminary market engagement does not constitute part of a formal process and will not provide any supplier with an advantage or disadvantage in any future procurement.
