Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: The modification is required to support the development of Integrated Neighbourhood Teams in the Great Yarmouth & Waveney Place. ECCH are integral to this development with a focus on community based support with a proactive approach. The requirement to development Integrated Neighbourhood Teams is as described in the NHSE Neighbourhood Health Framework 2026
