Services will include delivering the river restoration Developed and Technical Designs (RIBA 3 and RIBA 4) incorporating biodiversity and landscape improvements, ecological and environmental assessments, flood modelling ensuring no increase in flood risk, meaningful stakeholder engagement, preparation of statutory consents (including EASR and Planning Permission), and the production of NEC4 tender documentation for the build stage (RIBA 5). Overall, the Consultant's role is to take the project from Concept Design through to completion of Technical Design (RIBA 4), secure all necessary approvals and permissions, undertake required surveys and investigations, prepare works tender documentation, and support successful delivery through construction.Value not stated
