The University is undertaking preliminary market engagement through a Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) questionnaire. Interested suppliers should access the PMC documentation and submit their responses via the University's e-procurement portal, In-Tend. Completed responses must be submitted through In-Tend by 27 October 2026. Any clarification questions relating to the PMC should be submitted through the correspondence function on In-Tend. Responses to clarification questions will be shared with participants where appropriate. Following review of the responses, the University may invite suppliers to participate in follow-up discussions and/or demonstrations, if required. These are expected to take place between 03 November and 18 November 2026. Further details will be provided directly to suppliers invited to participate. Further details will be provided through In-Tend. Participation in this preliminary market engagement does not commit the University to undertake a subsequent procurement process.
