Renewal

Description
The Contract will have an initial term of 36 months, with the option to extend for up to two further periods of 12 months each (36 + 12 + 12). Extensions may be exercised at the Authority's discretion where there is an ongoing business need, satisfactory supplier performance, and continued value for money. The Authority will provide a minimum of one month's written notice before exercising any extension.

Description
The Authority reserves the right to purchase additional quantities of existing packaging materials and additional packaging products of a similar nature, including generic and bespoke items, where required to meet operational needs, provided such purchases do not materially alter the overall nature of the Contract.
