No Engagement Notice Rationale
Whilst no preliminary market engagement has been carried out, an initial tender process was conducted under Lot 2 of the NHS Commercial Solutions Framework for Occupational Health, Employment Assistance Programmes and Eye Care. In May 2026, that tender process was terminated in favour of tendering via PA23 Open Procedure. The Specification has been updated since that framework tender process.
