Rationale
Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: Regulations 2015 and 2023 does not apply to this Modification and comes under the Provider Selection Regime, the services are for Rehabilitation, CPV Code, 85312500-4. This is a permitted modification under PSR Reg 13 (1) (a) as provision was made in the original tender documents to add additional funding to increase funding to provide additional resources and capacity to support the treatment and recovery system and improve outcomes. The modification does not alter the overall nature of the current contract.
