Description
The framework will establish a panel of contractors to provide void unit inspections, maintenance, defect repairs (Lots A) and sparkle cleaning services (Lots B) across six geographic regions in England. The framework will operate for an initial period of 12 months with options to extend for a further 24 months in 12-month increments. Call-off contracts will be awarded either by direct award or by mini-competition in accordance with the framework agreement and JCT Measured Term Contract provisions. Works will be instructed on an as-required and monthly or fortnightly basis by Clarion Housing Group throughout the framework term.
