Description
This Framework Agreement will operate as a Closed Framework, with no new suppliers admitted during its term. Following evaluation, the two highest-scoring bidders will be appointed and ranked as Rank 1 and Rank 2. Call-off contracts will be awarded to Rank 1 in the first instance. Where Rank 1 is unable to meet the Council's requirements, the call-off may be awarded to Rank 2. Prices will be based on the tendered rates submitted in accordance with the Pricing Schedule and Specification.

The Contracting Authority will evaluate Tenders on the basis of overall value for money. This will include an assessment of pricing for frequently purchased items, as set out in the Pricing Schedule (Schedule C). Suppliers shall provide unit prices for the items listed.
