Renewal

Description
Magenta Living will determine whether to extend the Contract based on the needs of its business, service delivery requirements and the performance of the Service Provider. Following the initial 5 year period, Magenta Living reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the Contract for up to 5 years on a 2+2+1 basis i.e. • First extension period: 01/04/2032 - 31/03/2034 (2yrs) • Second extension period: 01/04/3034 - 31/03/2036 (2yrs) • Third extension period: 01/04/2036 - 31/03/2037 (1yr)
