Features
The Authority is conducting a multi-stage Competitive Flexible Procedure in accordance with Section 20 of the Procurement Act 2023. Stage 1 will comprise of a Procurement-Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) together with a qualitative questionnaire and commercial proposal, which will be used to identify x2 shortlisted suppliers for progression to a 2nd stage. Stage 2 will identify the successful participant following evaluation of their ability to meet further project specific and commercial criteria.
