Contract for the Execution of Environmental Facilities West Cross Phase 2.The Works include the upgrading of boundary and party wall fencing, gates, clothes lines, paths and hedges in accordance with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS). There are two Lots available, as defined below. Tenderers may submit a tender for one or both Lots; however, no Tenderer will be awarded more than one Lot. As part of the PSQ, Tenderers must identify their preferred Lot in the event that they are ranked as the successful Tenderer for both Lots. • Lot 1 69 Houses • Lot 2 27 Houses 10 Blocks of Flats During the tender period there will be a broadcast through e-Tender Wales confirming two available dates and times where contractors will have the opportunity to visit site with the Project Management team. During the site visit contractors will have the opportunity visit some previously completed properties as well as properties due to be undertaken.

If you are interested in submitting a bid, please download the tender docs from https://etenderwales.ukp.app.jaggaer.com/web/login. Please search using ITT - 126400 . Register your company on the eTenderWales portal (this is only required once): — Navigate to the portal: — Click the “Suppliers register here” link. — Enter your correct business and user details. — Note the username you chose and click “Save” when complete. — You will shortly receive an e-mail with your unique password (please keep this secure). — Agree to the terms and conditions and click “continue”. 2. Express an interest in the project: — Login to the portal with your username/password. — Click the “ITTs Open to All Suppliers” link (these are the ITTs open to any registered supplier). — Click on the relevant ITT to access the content. — Click the “Express Interest” button in the “Actions” box on the left-hand side of the page. — This will move the ITT into your “My ITTs” page (this is a secure area reserved for your projects only). — Click on the ITT code. You can now access any attachments by clicking the “Settings and Buyer Attachments” in the “Actions” box. 3. Responding to the invitation to tender: — You can now choose to “Reply” or “Reject” (please give a reason if rejecting). — You can now use the “Messages” function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification. — Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the ITT. — There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available).
