Rationale
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: PCR 2015 allows for an increase in value of current contract by £1,500,000 which is 50% of original contract value. Factors contributing to higher than expected spend was a large spend to cover costs as a result of storm damage to roofs and extra works at additional sites under the auspices of Derby Homes Limited.
