Contract Duration and Financial Value Notice Initial Term and Committed Value: Initial 12-week operational delivery period with an estimated value of £513,922.86 (excluding VAT). Following the initial 12-week term, the contract remains live for up to a total of 24 months. Service activity and associated payments will cease at the end of the initial period unless further distinct phases of activity are agreed in advance by both parties. The maximum potential total value across the full 2-year duration is £4,266,528.55 (excluding VAT). This figure represents the upper financial limit assuming continuous, full-capacity delivery across the entire 24 months.
