Description
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the most suitable provider process. The contract award is confirmed as of 10/09/2026. Contract to be delivered from 1/10/2026 for 18 months with 12 month extension option. Approximate lifetime value of contract including extension: £4.5 million. This award was subject to review during the standstill period following receipt of a qualifying representation. A full internal review was completed by the Senior Contract & Procurement Manager and taken to the internal PSR Appeals Group for approval of outcome recommendation. No Conflicts of interest were declared in relation to this process.
