Award Criteria Details
Bidders may bid for one, some or all lots. WCHG has not introduced a formal cap on the number of lots a supplier can win. WCHG reserves discretion to consider capacity, resources, resilience and performance risk when making awards. Work allocation is managed through ranked lists and capacity thresholds rather than restricting contract awards. A supplier can be awarded Lot 1, multiple Lot 2 sub-lots, and Lot 3 simultaneously, provided they can demonstrate sufficient capacity and capability
