WRAP is undertaking preliminary market engagement to inform the procurement of a Standards Writer to support the development of Circular Living Standards and associated technical documentation. The engagement will seek feedback on the proposed scope, supplier capabilities, delivery approaches, timescales, risks and commercial considerations to help refine the procurement strategy and specification. Engagement will be conducted through a Request for Information (RFI) published via Delta eSourcing. Responses will be accepted between 16/07/2026 and 31/07/2026. No supplier selection will take place during this engagement phase; information gathered will be used solely to inform the subsequent procurement process.
