This Lot covers the design, supply, installation, commissioning, and assurance of fabric-first energy efficiency measures and Net Zero carbon interventions on both domestic housing and commercial buildings. The appointed Contractor(s) will deliver high‑quality, technically compliant works that reduce energy demand, improve thermal performance, and support Bield and our Partners transition to Net Zero by 2045.
