Opportunity overview
Within UKAEA the Lithium Breeding Tritium Innovation (LIBRTI) Programme seeks to create a world leading UK capability for demonstrating the feasibility of powerplant relevant fusion fuel technologies. As part of the facility the Radiation Safety Diagnostics System shall provide continuous monitoring, detection and quantification within the LIBRTI facility to ensure protection of personnel, the environment, and plant assets while enabling safe operation of tritium breeding experiments. Through the design process of the facility UKAEA has identified the technical and functional requirements for the Radiological monitoring instruments required.
