The email subject must state " SCREENING WALES AND HEALTH PROTECTION DIVISION – COLLECTION, DELIVERY AND RETURN SERVICES ". Interested suppliers are encouraged to request the documents as soon as possible. The deadline for requesting documents is 2pm on 23rd July 2026. Interested parties must request, complete and return the documents Bethan.dyke@wales.nhs.uk by 2pm on 27th July 2026.
