Award criteria

Weighting Description
A Price per Quality Point (PQP) method will be used to calculate the final winning tender. Price per Quality Point (PQP) determines the cost that GPHG will be paying for each point of Quality. This means the Supplier offering the best ratio of high service quality versus Price will rank higher in the competition. The lowest PQP Score will rank first (100%) and the highest PQP Score will rank last. All other tenders will be awarded a weighting out of 100% relative to the lowest PQP value. The Potential Provider with the lowest "PQP Value" will be considered the Most Advantageous Tender and be awarded the Contract.
