Quality of Candidates - Safety Compliance
Description
For the avoidance of doubt, a candidate who arrives at an assignment without their physical DBS certificate, but whose compliance has been verified and evidenced by the Supplier prior to the commencement of the assignment, shall not constitute a failure against this KPI. The Supplier must be able to evidence upon request that all relevant compliance checks were completed prior to assignment commencement. Where a candidate persistently attends assignments without their physical documentation, the Supplier shall address this through its candidate on-boarding and pre-assignment briefing process.
