In line with the Procurement Act 23, this UK12 Procurement Termination Notice is published to inform the market that Cornwall Council, as a contracting authority has decided to cancel the existing procurement process. It is our full intention to revisit this opportunity and publish the revised tender opportunity in September/October 2026 or earlier if possible.
