Description
As the site plans provided at Annex D do not provide sufficient detail to enable accurate pricing without site surveys, suppliers are now required to submit fixed pricing ONLY for the 3 schools subject to site survey as part of this tender. This is reflected in section 4.3 of v3 of the Invitation to Tender (amendments highlighted in yellow) and a new v2 of Appendix 2 - Schedule of Prices. For clarity, suppliers should note that the scope of the tender has not changed, ie Wifi infrastructure upgrade at the 41 schools named in the tender. The only change is to the basis of pricing applicable to the tender submission. At the point of Contract Award, pricing for the remaining 38 schools will be estimated, subject to the output from each site survey to be conducted durin the course of the contract.
