This is under Provider Selection Regime 2023 and is a modification under regulation 13 This contract modification proposes a six-month extension and to include uplifts to the Dorset Integrated Sexual Health contract (Sexual Health element only), from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027. The original procurement had a total advertised value of approximately £39 million and comprised Integrated Sexual Health Services and Specialised HIV Services. This modification applies only to the Integrated Sexual Health Service element of the contract and consists of a six-month extension from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027 together with an uplift of £211,096 to reflect the 2025/26 NHS Agenda for Change pay award. The total value of the modification is £3,054,307. The modification is attributable to a decisions of the authority, does not render the contract materially different in character, and remains below 25% of the original advertised contract value. The modification has been made in accordance with Regulation 13 of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2013.' The contract covers both BCP and DC areas.
