- The requirement was for a partner to implement a portfolio of AI and automation use cases. The procurement of software licences was expressly outside its scope: the platforms on which the work would be delivered were already licensed to London CIV and were identified in the tender documents. Since the tender notice was published, London CIV has completed the prioritisation of that use case portfolio. That work has established that the portfolio can be delivered within London CIV's existing platforms, and that the implementation capability can be developed and retained within London CIV's own data and AI function. London CIV has therefore decided to develop that capability internally rather than appoint an external implementation partner. The decision has been taken before any tenderer was notified of the outcome of the evaluation. It reflects a change in London CIV's assessment of how the requirement is best met. It is not a reflection on any tender received, or on any tenderer. London CIV is grateful to all those who submitted tenders, and regrets the position in which this decision places them.
