The Framework will operate under the NEC4 Framework Contract and will enable the Client to commission individual call-off contracts for specific projects or service requirements. Call-off contracts will be arranged using the methodologies identiefied elsewere in this notice. Prices will be based on those provided within the Framework Commercial model (where appropriate). The Framework will cover a geographically dispersed estate, with works located across Nottinghamshire (main area), Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Leicestershire. The anticipated initial term of the Framework is two (2) years, with options to extend for a further two (2) years plus one (1) year (2+2+1), giving a maximum potential duration of five (5) years. The 5 year framework length is to be utilised to coincide with the current end of Arc Partnership’s arrangement with NCC. The total value of the Framework (available to all suppliers) over its full term is £13,200,000 (inclusive of VAT), however there is no guarantee as to the value or volume of work provided. The successful suppliers will be expected to work collaboratively with the Client, contributing to social value outcomes, supporting carbon reduction objectives and demonstrating high standards of health and safety, compliance, and service delivery across all commissioned works. The questions will be designed to further gauge their competency and capability, as well as their financial pricing. Answers to the questions asked will be evaluated and scored based on a matrix. The prices within the commercial model will be evaluated using a standard formula. The 2 (two) Bidders who receive score the highest combined score for price and quality (this providing the Most Advantageous Tenders) will be awarded places on the framework. Full details for Stage 1 are included within the ITT documents for this procurement. Stage 2 details will be fully provided to those bidders who progress to that stage.
