Following a review of its requirements, the College has concluded that the requirement, as specified, will not be taken forward in its current form. The procurement is terminated and no contract will be entered into under this reference. The decision not to award was taken on 03.08.26. This procurement was advertised below threshold under Part 6 of the Procurement Act 2023. A procurement termination notice is not required in these circumstances; this notice is published voluntarily in the interests of transparency and to give tendering parties and other suppliers early certainty. The College may re-procure this provision during the 2026/27 academic year.
