Having followed the buying guidance from the GCA for G-Cloud 14, a long-listing and short-listing exercise using Salix's required bespoke technical requirements was done. Phoenix and the managed service provider listing with ID 829779439239507 was the only outcome. Following this, a discovery call was undertaken with Phoenix to ensure this was suitable and the direct award was made following this call.
