This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the competitive process. There was one representation received during the standstill period and NENC ICB convened an Independent Review Panel; the role of the representation process is not to consider the merits of the procurement decision taken under PSR but whether proper process has been followed in the PSR decision-making process. The panel fully reviewed the points/requests/queries of the representation and found no concern with the procurement decision taken and found the competitive process had been completed in accordance with the PSR regulations, guidelines, and published methodology and criteria. The standstill period closed on 18 September 2026 to allow for five full working days after NENC ICB provided a response to the representation. No further representations or questions were received. Contract Award confirmed 23/09/2026. Conflicts were monitored and no conflicts were identified.
