Without timely assessment and provision of necessary equipment, there is a high likelihood of deterioration in patients' conditions, which may lead to requirement of increased carer support, avoidable hospital admissions and increased pressure on acute services. The Contract was awarded on 3rd May 2026 and will conclude on 30th September 2026, the contract value is £23,000.
